General Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy is a medical specialty that focuses on the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems. At your initial visit, your physical therapist will evaluate your movement patterns, strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Together with your therapist, you will develop goals and formulate a plan to reach them. Typical sessions include a full body warm up, targeted exercise, hands-on techniques to alleviate pain, and a rejuvenating stretch and cool down. All sessions one on one with a therapist.
