And thank you for choosing Pure Fit to join you on your journey to more vibrant health and well being. Pure Fit is the culmination of my life’s work and experience summed up into one practice. My journey into movement medicine started from a very young age. As a young dancer in the Chicagoland area, I trained technique with many wonderful teachers and developed a passion and a love for dance. This blossomed into teaching, and eventually a curiosity to discover how I could help everyone to move more and move better. Besides teaching dance, I’ve also coached weight lifting and roller skating, worked as a personal trainer and a yoga teacher, and even did a through hike of California on the PCT. I have been a massage therapist since 2019, and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. My clinical specialty is pelvic health, and I have been very fortunate to train with some exemplary pelvic health clinicians both in Colorado and in Hawai’i. My favorite thing about physical medicine is that there is always more to learn, and I am looking forward to being a lifelong student of the movement arts.
Outside the clinic, you can find me enjoying life with my three children. Currently we are into sailing, martial arts, handstands and singing loudly.
